Honor Launches its Gaming Laptop: Hunter V700

Its no new thing that Honor has got it going with laptop these days, as at two years back, they entered the laptop segment with their MagicBook range of sleek and affordable notebooks. Recently they have added to their collection with a gaming laptop the Hunter v700.

The body of the new gaming laptop lineup is made from an anodized aluminum alloy body. For the RGB lovers, the Hunter logo on the rear panel lights up, and so does the keyboard and air vents that also have LEDs that light up the base, all of which can be controlled and customized.

The Hunter V700 comes in two variations, both with 10 gen Intel CPUs – Core i5-10300H or i7-10750H. On the GPU side choices are between the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Ti and RTX 2060 graphics cards. Both trims come with 16GB DDR4 RAM and storage options vary between a 512GB or a 1TB NVMe SSD.

The display on these laptops is a 16.1 inch panel which is surrounded by narrow 4.7mm bezels. Since its a gaming laptop, Honor is offering a 144Hz high refresh rate support along with 100 percent sRBG color space. Through these specs, one can expect to hit high FPS in competitive online games.

The I/O consists of HMDI 2.0, two USB 3.2, a single USB 2.0, one Ethernet port and a headphone jack combo alongside the power in. The Hunter V700 also sports Wi-Fi 6 and measures at 19.9mm at its thickest point. The battery comes in at 56Wh.

As prices are expected to range from CNY 7,499 ($1,110)- CNY 9,999 ($1,480) depending on the configuration, the Honor Hunter V700 will remain exclusive to China and there’s no word if it will ever make its way outside its home country but lets just keep our fingers crossed.
